I have been a resident of North Palm Beach for over 4 years and I am absolutely in love with it’s location, lifestyle and amenities.
North Palm Beach is located South of Jupiter, East from Palm Beach Gardens and North from West Palm Beach. It’s a very well kept secret spot with population of about 12,600. Minutes away from world famous Singer Island, John MacArthur Park , Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens Mall
With such assets as warm weather, sunshine, golf, ocean fishing, boating, sandy beaches and balmy breezes, the Village has much to offer enthusiastic people who are raising families or are looking to retire.
One of my personal favorite communities is “Waterway Condominiums“. It is divided by 3 different building called Waterway West, Waterway East and Waterway Terrace ( which offer the largest size 2/2 with 1400sq from the three building)
The other two offer 1/1 at 800 sqf and 2/2 at 1100sq f. The community is very well kept, has beautiful lush landscaping, daily dock perfect for fishing and overlooks North Palm Beach Country Club, two separate outdoor seating for grilling and get together’s, gated pool and a club house. It has maintenance man 5 days a week to keep this place in a perfect shape. lovers,2 beautiful outdoor seating will gas grills, benches and tables. People are friendly and do get together around big holidays. Pet friendly but aggressive breeds are not allowed.
Located on the intracoastal is the perfect place to watch the yachts sailing to the ocean, The Annual Boat Parade, 4th of July Fireworks from North Palm Beach Country Club and a wonderful place to relax.
