Ocean Trail, is a set of four 14 story high-rise buildings and one low-rise set along the beach just south of the Jupiter inlet. Building 100-400 our on the Ocean and building 500 sits just to the west. Units in these building range in price from the very high 200’s to about 400k. The community is made up of a master association for the complex and individual minor associations for each building. My favorites are the ocean front building, arranged in semicircles giving every unit an unobstructed ocean view. The building have assigned parking underneath in garages as well as ample guest parking outside. This is also one of the more active tennis communities in the area, 9 hard courts and during season an on site tennis pro to assist matching you with other players of similar ability.
The four ocean front building all have individual pool deck areas and access to the beach. Each building is on its own schedule on renovations and upgrades. Each building also features its own pool deck area with beach access. One of my favorite features is actually off site, neighboring on the south is the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa. What is so great about this is if you ever want to host more guests than you can comfortably fit in your home no problem, as many rooms as you need next door. Its a beautiful resort with super amenities.The resort has its own beach access, as well as Carlin Park just to the south or Jupiter Beach Park just to the north.
The main difference between Ocean Trail and others located in Jupiter, Juno or Singer Island is thew view, completely unobstructed by other buildings. The community sits between two parks, so your everyday view stretches over the Jupiter inlet into Martin County to the north, and down to the Juno Beach Pier to the south.
